Shipping & Return Policy
Rie Beauty is the operator of www.shopriebeauty.com which is a company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, 313/21 Inderlok, New Delhi 110035. By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
General
We strive to keep accurate stock counts on our website; however, occasionally a product may sell out, preventing us from fulfilling your order. In such cases, we will reach out to you to determine whether you would like to wait for the item to be restocked or prefer a refund. If the item remains out of stock for more than 14 business days, we will refund the full amount paid to the original payment method, should you choose to cancel your order.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders over INR 1090. For orders below INR 1090, a delivery charge of INR 50 will apply. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, a convenience fee of INR 50 will be added at checkout, which is non-refundable. If your order is below INR 500 and is a COD order, both the delivery charge and the convenience fee will apply.
Delivery Timing
We have partnered with Delhivery to provide reliable and secure delivery services for Rie Beauty products. Here are some important details about our delivery process:
- Delivery Partner: Delhivery has been chosen for their expertise in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your orders.
- Order Dispatch: Our warehouse processes and dispatches orders from Monday to Friday.
- Processing Time: We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days from the date the order is placed.
- Handling and Safety: Delhivery follows stringent safety and handling protocols to protect your products during transit.
- Customer Support: Should you have any questions or concerns about your order, both Rie Beauty and Delhivery’s customer support teams are available to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel an order, please email us at shopriebeauty@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of prepaid orders, refund will be processed within 15 business days and the refund amount will be credited to the source of payment.
- Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- If your order is not delivered to you due to non-availability of stock for more than 14 business days, the full amount paid by you will be refunded back to the original payment method.
- Orders cannot be altered once placed; they can only be cancelled, and a new order must be placed.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate a return, please email us at shopriebeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including the reason for the return and reference images. Please note that once a product has been used or swatched, it is not eligible for return.
- Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 5 working days. After we receive the returned product, we will inspect and validate the return reason within 3 working days. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund accordingly. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original payment method. For cash on delivery (COD) returns, we will request your bank details to process the refund.
- Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be processed for allergies, skin reactions, colour preferences, or personal dislikes due to hygienic reasons. All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing your order.
